Meet the founder
I'm the founder.
I've spent the last decade building personal brands for some of the most recognized names in business, including Gary Vaynerchuk and Ryan Serhant.
But my journey started long before that.
At 11, I started a gaming YouTube channel under the alias "Rezy." At 13, I made my first dollar online editing YouTube videos for other creators. By 16, I was leading channel operations for a top YouTube network. At 18, I moved to NYC and joined GaryVee's team as his Social Media Manager, becoming the youngest employee at VaynerMedia. Less than two years later, I left VaynerMedia to launch my own agency, Engineer Influence, where I helped entrepreneurs and executives build their personal brands, and even turned Ryan Serhant into the most-followed real estate personal brand in the world. At 23, Engineer Influence was acquired by SERHANT., where I took over as the Head of Social Media.
